Brief Verse Interpretation / Tafsir
In this Quranic verse, Allah reminds us that He has revealed in the Quran that if a believer calls upon Him, Allah would respond to the call. Even if our calls are not immediately responded to due to something that is of bigger benefit to us, He would respond to it when it is best for us. On the other hand, those who are arrogant to ask Allah or worship Him, are bound for Hell fire.

Verse Translation
“And your Lord says, “Call upon Me; I will respond to you.” Indeed, those who disdain My worship will enter Hell [rendered] contemptible.” Quran (Surah Ghafir, 60)
