13. And whether you keep your talk secret or disclose it, verily, He is the All-Knower of what is in the breasts (of men). (Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din bin Abdil-Qadir Al-Hilali / Muhsin Khan)
And conceal your speech or publicize it; indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts. (Sahih International)
Whether you speak in secrecy or aloud, (it is all the same to Allah). He even knows the secrets that lie hidden in the breasts of people. (Abu Al-Alaa Maududi)
