6. Perhaps, you, would kill yourself (O Muhammad ) in grief, over their footsteps (for their turning away from you), because they believe not in this narration (the Qur’an). (Translation by Muhsin Khan / Hilali)
(O Muhammad), if they do not believe in this Message, you will perhaps torment yourself to death with grief, sorrowing over them. (Translation by Abu Al-Alaa Maududi)
