22. And if those who disbelieve fight against you, they certainly would have turned their backs, then they would have found neither a Wali (protector) nor a helper. (Translation by Muhsin Khan / Hilali)
Had the unbelievers fought against you at that time, they would have turned their backs (in flight), and would have found none to protect or help them. (Translation by Abu Al-Alaa Maududi)
If the Unbelievers should fight you, they would certainly turn their backs; then would they find neither protector nor helper. (Translation by Yusuf Ali)
