Allah is the creator of this universe. Muslims believe that as part of their faith - something that they take directly from the Quran and the Prophet’s teachings. When one looks at this universe based on what little science tells us today about its vastness and expanse and when one reads in the Quran what was revealed on Prophet (SAWS) more than 1400 years ago, one does wonder about not just the validity of the truth but also the boldness of the confident declaration - something that can only come from The One all knowing and all powerful.

See the Video below and then read the Quranic verses posted below the video - verses that were revealed on Muhammad more than 1400 years before science came to know and see what it knows about the Universe that we all live in.

“He is the Originator of the heavens and the earth.” (The Qur’an, 6:101)

“With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof.” (The Qur’an, 51:47)

“Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the earth were joined together as one united piece, then We parted them? And We have made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?” (The Qur’an, 21:30)

“Then He completed and finished from their creation (as) seven heavens in two Days and He made in each heaven its affair. And We adorned the nearest (lowest) heaven with lamps (stars) to be an adornment as well as to guard (from the devils by using them as missiles against the devils). Such is the Decree of Him the All-Mighty, the All-Knower.”  (The Qur’an, 41:12) “And He it is Who has created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon, each in an orbit floating.” (The Qur’an, 21:33)

“He has created the heavens and the earth with truth. He makes the night to go in the day and makes the day to go in the night. And He has subjected the sun and the moon. Each running (on a fixed course) for an appointed term. Verily, He is the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving.” (The Qur’an, 39:5)

“He it is Who created for you all that is on earth. Then He Istawa (rose over) towards the heaven and made them seven heavens and He is the All-Knower of everything.” The Qur’an, 2:29)

It is a beautiful video thanks for sharing. One man came to the messenger of Allah and asked him about the size of the Earth compared to the known universe, the prophet Mohammed (p.b.u.h) said it is a dot in a desert. Then the man asked how big is the known universe compared to the second heaven, the prophet Mohammed said the same thing. And so on and so forth, until the man asked how big is the sixth heaven compared to the seventh. The prophet Mohammed said it is a dot in a desert, and beyond that there is Allah’s throne which is bigger than the seventh heaven, and beyond the throne there is Allah himself (Allah-u Akbar means God is bigger than the throne and the seven heavens combined). So Star Trek’s Final frontier is not really final, it is barely the frontier of the known universe which is the first heaven. But the beauty of all of this, besides the lesson of humility, is that it is clearly mentioned in the Quran that if man wants to get out there in deep space, man can and the 7 heavens are within his reach.
