The notion of “Greater Israel” is discussed and debated often – even among Muslims. Muslims in general believe that Israel wants to take over territory from Muslim and Arab lands and expand its current country boundaries to form a bigger country called “Greater Israel”. This article briefly reviews the notion of “Greater Israel” and examines the facts behind Israel’s goal of establishing “Greater Israel”.

Pride of Baghdad - Book Introduction12.24.07

Pride of Baghdad is a fiction novel by a famous novelist Brian Vaughan about four lions that escaped the Baghdad zoo during the 2003 bombing of Baghdad. The lions’ roaming of the city for sometime before American soldiers gunned them down, attempts to portray the life in the city of Baghdad during wartime. Although a fiction novel, numerous narratives are based on real time stories in Iraq.

The theme of the story is based on freedom and analyzes the topic in the eyes of the lions roaming the dangerous environment after being freed rather than being captive and caged safely.
